Also, House Legends provides for extensive use of allowances ensuring that you get what you want, not what the builder decides to supply. Flooring, wall covering, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures etc. are set up as an allowance based on cost of materials that you may wish to use. You pick materials at the supplier’s place of business rather then from small builder’s samples. This provides you greater choice for ensuring that the finishing in your home will be as unique as the design.
